Pleasant Green is a series of mini documentaries about the pioneer history of Pleasant Green (nicknamed "Magna"), Utah. Episode one addresses that question of why Pleasant Green is called Magna today.
Two corrections to the script have since been made:
Hunter had separated from Pleasant Green in 1880.
The world molendini is the genetive singular of the Latin word, molendinum. To over look the greatest milling operation, one would think: Molendini Magna.
In haste to finish the scrip the word molendini had been confused with the Spanish surname Molina, one who works in a mill, molino.
