■ PERU, CUSCO: Having been to Brazil during the World Cup in 2014 and thus knowing that football in this part of the world mean one hell of a party outside the stadium before the game, hopes were sky high as I broke into my Federal Reserves to secure myself a ticket for the Copa Libertadores final in Lima Between Argentina's River Plate and Brazil's Flamengo. This was essentially like a national team match between Brazil vs. Argentina seeing a Peru's capital was full of people who'd flown in to support their team from two said nations.

There was only one problem. I had to go an pick up the ticket at a designated area before I could make my way to the match. And this little footnote , plus the organizers misinformation about what personal items were allowed into the stadium, pretty much ruined the whole Copa Libertadores final experience for me...
