This movie is about a real story happened during the communist era in Albania.

At the end of WWII, British Royal Navy ships entering the Corfu Channel British ships had trespassed into Albanian territorial waters. Near the bay of Saranda, just prior to 3 p.m., the destroyer Saumarez struck a mine and was heavily damaged.

On 9 December 1946 Britain sent a note to the Albanian government accusing Albania of laying the mines and demanding reparations for the incidents. The matter would be referred to the UN Security Council. In its reply, which was received by the British on 21 December 1946, the Albanian government denied the British allegations.

Three Albanian sailors were asked by the UNRA to hijack a Military Ship a testify in the Hagues Trial Court that the Albanian Military laid the mines in the Corfu Channel.

During their Mission the three sailors had to face the resistance of Skënder, a young sailor on Military Duty, who doesn't want to testify about something that isn't true and wants to turn back to his homeland.

4 people representing different layers of the post-war Albanian society merge and collide offshore, unfolding the political conflicts of that era.
