- One onion, chopped
- Half of a green pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic

- 1 tsp steak and chops spice and 1 tsp barbercue spice
- 50g tomato paste
- 2 beef stock cubes
- black pepper n salt for taste
