Pleasant Green was able to gain access to a scam call center's system! He found out their location and real names and asked me to call them to try and freak them out a little using their names.

I call them pretending to be a young Indian guy who came in for an interview to see what they would say. Huge shout out to CyberNinja for providing intel as well!
First we call them by their names and drop their co-workers' names as well, then we allow them to connect to our computer and show them their location and finally, we talk to the managers.
