COLUMBUS (Tara Morgan) -- He says he's not doing anything wrong and only wants to make people smile.

Columbus police say otherwise about a prank video posted on YouTube by Vitaly Zdorovetskiy.

Zdorovetskiy, who lives in Los Angeles, says he travels all over the place to record prank videos including one in Columbus involving possible drug dealers.

"They're not actors I don't know I just do it and do it in the hood the hood gives best reactions I love black people they give the best reactions," said Zdorovetskiy.

Columbus police consider it police impersonation.

"I didn't break any laws it's 5-O slang there's no laws that were broken in that video a lawyer reviewed it so no fears," said Zdorovetskiy.

Zdorovetskiy says he's had a gun pulled on him in the past. He admits to wearing a bullet proof vest.

"I enjoy what I do absolutely 100% I have a TV show in the works so I'm doing something positive I believe," said Zdoroveteskiy.

He says another prank video taped in Columbus will be released on his YouTube channel Thursday.
