The settlement of Udy in the Kharkiv region came under full control of the Russian troops, the Russian military said Sunday.

"As a result of the offensive actions of the Russian Armed Forces, the settlement of Udy in the Kharkiv region was completely liberated", Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said in his daily briefing.

35 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the Kherson region and up to two hundred soldiers in the area of Sribne in the Donetsk region, he added.

Ukrainian soldiers are refusing to fight and leave their positions in Donetsk region due to heavy losses, Konashenkov said.
