This one man, who, alongside the Allied Forces, was instrumental in the defeat of Nazi Germany and bringing an end to World War Two, arguably wielded and exercised more political power than any single figure in world history. And his name was Ioseb Dzhugashvili, better known as Joseph Stalin.
