Kim Yo Jong says her brother, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, had been ill with a high fever during the Covid-19 outbreak. This is the first time North Korea has indicated Kim had been infected by the coronavirus. She also claimed the spread of the virus was caused by South Korea, warning of "retaliation".
